Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, registering, or using AI App Builder ("we," "our," or "the app"), a service provided by AdvanceQuiz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the application. This app is designed for users aged 3 and older.

Description of Service

AI App Builder is a platform designed to build, customize, and orchestrate application configurations. Features include AI layout tools, performance tracking, real-time checklist logs, and project backup to your configured cloud storage paths.

Account Registration & Security

To use our cloud-based logging and orchestration services, you must register for an account via Google Sign-In:

• You agree to provide accurate registration info.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your session tokens and credentials.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your workspace.

Developer Content and License

You retain ownership of any code blocks, files, agent logic, or databases configured in the workspace ("User Content"). However:

• You grant AdvanceQuiz/AI App Builder a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, parse, execute, and store your configurations solely as needed to run the platform services and display your telemetry.
• You warrant that your content does not violate third-party copyrights or privacy regulations.

Integration Parameters

Users frequently configure integration parameters (such as configuration variables, database connection strings, and cloud storage targets) inside the application:

• Your Billing: You are solely responsible for fees incurred on third-party services linked to the app.
• No Exposure: We store configurations using active encryption and never expose them to other users.
• Safe Rotation: It is your responsibility to rotate integration credentials if you believe they have been compromised.

Firebase Integrations and Updates

To optimize platform metrics, diagnostic sweeps, and configuration state synchronization, the application connects directly to Google Firebase resources:

• Diagnostics Consent: You consent to Firebase Crashlytics logging technical session data and stack traces in the event of an application error to help us debug software bugs.
• Telemetry Tracking: You consent to Firebase Analytics monitoring app engagements, button actions, and layout metrics for stability tuning.
• Remote Configuration: You accept that Firebase Remote Config may dynamically adjust timeout constraints and defaults to ensure performance stability.
• FCM Notifications: You accept FCM push notification packages containing deployment status updates.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to engage in the following restricted actions:

• Bypassing or manipulating the completions metrics or rate limit fallback policies.
• Executing malicious scripts or configuring recursive routines designed to overload third-party services.
• Uploading illegal materials to cloud storage modules.
• Reverse-engineering the compiled APK/AAB package.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. AdvanceQuiz does not guarantee that the AI outputs will be accurate, or that the application server will operate without interruptions or latency.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdvanceQuiz and its developers shall not be liable for any damages (including third-party billing charges, code loss, or business interruptions) arising from your use of the dashboard or compiled files.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country/state where the publisher AdvanceQuiz operates, without regard to conflicts of law provisions.
