How AI Analysis Works
When you choose to analyze a call recording:
You provide your own API key for an AI service (like Google Gemini, OpenAI, or others)
The app sends the audio file directly from your device to the AI service provider
The AI service processes your audio and returns the analysis
The analysis result is stored only on your device - We never see this data
Third-Party AI Services
This app supports integration with various AI service providers. When you use AI analysis features, your data is processed according to the privacy policy of the AI service you choose:
Google Gemini AI
Data Usage: Google may process your audio files according to their privacy policy when you use Gemini API
OpenAI (ChatGPT/Whisper)
Data Usage: OpenAI processes your data according to their API terms and privacy policy

You can delete all locally stored data by:
- Clearing app data in Android Settings > Apps > Call Recording Manager
- Uninstalling the app (removes all app data)

Firebase Remote Config
The app uses Firebase Remote Config for app version management and feature control. This service:
- What it does: Checks if your app version is supported and provides update prompts if needed
- Data collected by Firebase: Minimal device information (device type, app version, country)
- Data we receive: We only receive aggregated, anonymous statistics about app versions in use
- Your data: No personal information, recordings, or AI analysis data is sent to Firebase

Security Measures
Even though we don't store your data on our servers, we implement security on your device:
API keys are stored using SecureStorage with AES encryption. Encrypted storage uses Android's hardware-backed keystore when available. No plain-text storage of sensitive credentials.
All communication with AI services uses HTTPS/TLS encryption. API calls are made directly from your device to the AI provider. We don't act as a middleman or proxy.
App data is not automatically backed up to cloud services. You control whether to include app data in Android backups. We recommend excluding API keys from backups for security.
